Heavy Equipment Fuel/Lube Technician
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Fuel/Lube Technician Driver to join our team who can excel in our fast-paced, high-performing team-oriented environment. Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greasing/fueling and maintaining mobile (heavy) equipment.
· Cleaning and replacing parts as necessary (filters, etc.)
· Maintain a schedule.
· Electronic diagnostic troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations regarding the handling and disposal of fuel/oil as well as mechanical equipment.
· Familiarity with heavy construction equipment and the ability to use hand tools to replace parts and perform small repairs on various heavy equipment.
· Other duties as assigned by Management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to follow instructions.
· Must have a valid Class B California Driver License.
· Must have a HAZMAT endorsement.
· Ability to work nights and occasionally weekends.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Three years of related experience desired.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to complete physically demanding work.
· Able to lift and carry heavy objects.
· Good hand-eye-foot coordination and sense of balance.
· Able to kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl in awkward spaces to repair equipment.
Hours: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (varies)
Start of Pay: $30.00- $35.00 (Depending on experience.)
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
