Maintenance Technician
Position Summary:
Herring and Associates, Inc is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Wenatchee, WA area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of facilities located at various locations. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with a high-energy group of people in a fast-paced environment.
- Essential Functions:
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all common areas are clean and tidy after every use
- Perform routine maintenance on the property including painting, light maintenance around common areas, and minor carpentry tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or by project manager
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent work experience preferred.
- One to three years of related experience Preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently; must be a self-starter.
- Must be able to handle physical workload; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
