Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior living or care facility. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operation of the residential care facility, including staff supervision, resident care, and administrative functions.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and safety standards while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Lead and supervise care teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor financial management activities such as budgeting, expense control, and healthcare financial management to ensure operational sustainability.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and community services to provide comprehensive support for residents with disabilities or developmental disabilities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Promote a resident-centered culture by ensuring respectful interactions and personalized attention to each individual’s needs.
- Manage home & community care services to extend support beyond the facility when appropriate.
Experience
- Proven management experience within residential or long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living communities, or retirement homes.
- Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care practices (including Alzheimer’s), and memory care strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or senior living environments.
- Strong background in healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and health regulation policies is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting purposes.
- Prior experience in nursing home administration or executive leadership roles within senior living facilities will be considered an asset.

Pay: $50,985.72 - $61,402.15 per year
