We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3+ years of experience to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for owning key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with financial reporting and reconciliations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a critical role in supporting operational decision-making, improving accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, and driving overall financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Own and execute components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies proactively
Analysis & Operational Support
- Analyze inventory margins, profitability, and operating performance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership teams
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and accounting processes
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Audit & Team Support
- Assist Accounting Manager with external audits
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience owning month-end close responsibilities
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting process improvement initiatives

Pay: $68,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
