Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck and Equipment Detailer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and maintaining trucks and equipment to ensure they are in pristine condition. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of trucks and equipment, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing
- Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance overall appearance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by performing janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal in work areas
- Use appropriate tools and products for detailing tasks to achieve a professional finish
- Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups to maintain equipment in optimal condition
- Ensure all vehicles are inspected regularly for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards team members and clients
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning products, buffing techniques, and window tinting procedures
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects safely, and work in various weather conditions
