Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member:
- Provide outstanding customer service as an AT&T Team Member, assisting clients with product information, billing inquiries, and tailored solutions
- Engage with customers to promote AT&T products and services confidently as an AT&T Team Member, identifying needs and recommending the best options
- Support daily operations, including sales processing, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and productive work environment
Key Requirements for this position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus for any aspiring AT&T Team Member
