Grails & Glory is one of Tennessee's fastest-growing Trading Cards & Collectibles shows, bringing together vendors, collectors, families, and hobby enthusiasts in a fun, safe, and professional environment. Our mission is simple: build community through collectibles while delivering an unforgettable event experience for every attendee.
We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to become the face of Grails & Glory as our Guest Experience Coordinator.
Position Overview
As the first person attendees and vendors interact with, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment guests arrive. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can represent the Grails & Glory brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Welcome attendees with a friendly and energetic attitude.
- Answer questions about the event, vendors, activities, and future show dates.
- Assist with attendee check-in and provide event information.
- Manage and coordinate giveaways throughout the day.
- Promote upcoming Grails & Glory events and encourage guests to follow our social media channels.
- Assist vendors by delivering water, snacks, and checking in throughout the event.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance.
- Resolve attendee questions or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support event setup and closing procedures as needed.
- Represent Grails & Glory with professionalism, positivity, and excellent customer service.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, event staffing, or guest services is preferred but not required. We value attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn above all else.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
