We're currently seeking an AT&T Customer Representative to join our team and support customer interactions, product education initiatives, and brand representation efforts on behalf of AT&T.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Representative
- Engage with customers to provide information about available AT&T products, services, and promotional offers
- Create positive customer experiences through clear communication and attentive service
- Identify opportunities to match customers with services that align with their needs
- Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives through professional interactions
- Build trust and rapport through professional and customer-focused interactions
- Stay up to date on AT&T product updates, service enhancements, and current promotions
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established company procedures
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
