Job Duties and Responsibilities The Project Management SkillBridge Trainee actively supports project teams and contributes to various project phases. You learn and apply best practices under the guidance of experienced project managers.

Assists with the development of project plans, outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Manages and tracks project tasks, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.

Facilitates clear and consistent communication among team members and stakeholders, preparing updates and reports.

Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite effectively for documentation, presentations, and data analysis.

Develops and maintains project schedules, monitoring progress against established timelines.

Creates and organizes project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project artifacts.

DOW's Project Management SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with structured, hands-on training in project management within a global manufacturing and materials science organization. Participants will gain practical experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives while developing project planning, coordination, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
This program is designed to prepare participants for civilian careers in project management across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, information technology, and corporate functions.
