Therapy Café® is seeking exceptional licensed therapists to join our growing and dynamic team! You will receive full credentialing, administrative, and billing support. As a team member, you will also receive ongoing clinical oversight, mentoring, and consultation opportunities through our complementary Professional Development Program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions using our HIPAA-compliant, user-friendly virtual platform.
- Complete documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

Qualifications:
- Fully licensed in Maryland in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Mental Heath Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.
- Licensed Graduate-level Therapists (LMSWs, LGPCs) will not be considered at this time unless you are soon to acquire your full license within 3 to 6 months. (We provide free supervision for graduate level therapists.)
