Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and promote automotive parts, accessories, and services
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cashing procedures with precision
- Maintain detailed inventory control, including stocking, ordering, and tracking automotive parts and accessories
- Support vehicle maintenance scheduling, diagnostics coordination, and automotive repair processes when necessary
- Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word to prepare reports, manage records, and organize sales data
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting special offers, updating product displays, and participating in promotional campaigns
Experience
- Proven sales management experience in a retail or dealership setting with a focus on automotive parts or accessories
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and automotive repair processes
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar platforms
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Experience with dealership operations including parts management, POS systems, customer relationship building, and retail math
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts sales strategies and automotive service processes is highly desirable
