WeStaff Healthcare LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Wound Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Carillon Nursing & Rehab. This position is ideal for CNAs who are interested in supporting residents with wound care needs while working closely with the nursing team.
Shift Available:
- Wednesdays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State CNA License
- Up-to-date physical examination within the last year
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Support the wound care team by preparing residents for treatments and ensuring their comfort
- Observe and report changes in residents' skin condition or overall health status to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
