Responsibilities: Assistant Project manager
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and identify any potential issues or risks
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Utilize project management software such as Primavera, ProCore, Prolog, and Civil 3D to track project activities and milestones
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- Previous experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog, and Civil 3D
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Note: Experience with Primavera is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,923.00 - $75,500.00 per year
