RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
The Restoration Technician is primarily responsible for performing the water/mold mitigation for residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service. ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE. This is a labor-intensive construction related position that has a rotating “on call / emergency response” requirement. Candidates for this position need to be versed in residential and commercial construction to be able to explain the mitigation and contents process to prospective customers in the field. This position requires great attention to detail and the ability to perform highly detailed documentation. BONUS opportunities!
DUTIES - RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
- Visit new assignments/jobs, interface with the customer.
- Scope the damages, perform mitigation services, and provide detailed documentation.
- Develop moisture mapping and create drying-log.
- Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
- Focus on dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist with warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as opportunities arise.
QUALIFICATIONS - RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
- Restoration experience in water/mold mitigation - 1 year minimum.
- Experience with multitasking and organization.
- Quick reaction/response to any situation.
- Project management experience (multiple jobs).
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule and openness to work after normal business hours, weekend and after-hours (when needed).
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- High attention to detail and job documentation a must.
- Have a great attitude, be trustworthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality
- Clean criminal history and driving record is a must. Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
- High School diploma/GED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
