What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and efficiency upgrades
- Install new equipment when needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and integrity
- Stay current with the latest HVAC technology and green solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- NATE certification a big plus
