Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve breakfast and lunch items with enthusiasm.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food running, clearing tables, or other service tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service roles with a focus on breakfast and lunch service in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with kitchen staff and fellow servers in a team-oriented environment
