What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers, quickly identify needs, and match the right new or used vehicle.
- Present transparent, market-based pricing; explain payments and terms clearly.
- Lead compelling demos/test drives and highlight value (warranty, features, safety).
- Structure deals with management, coordinate appraisals/trade-ins, and hand off to Finance.
- Own your pipeline: call/text/video follow-ups; set and confirm appointments.
- Update CRM notes, tasks, and opportunities accurately and on time.
- Deliver 5-star experiences and request reviews; build long-term repeat/referral business.
- Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and inventory (including incoming units).
What You Bring
- 2+ year of sales experience (automotive preferred; retail/phone sales considered).
- Strong communicator and closer; competitive and coachable.
- Organized with great follow-up habits; comfortable with CRM and digital retail tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Pay & Perks — Transparent
- Uncapped commission — no ceiling on earnings.
- Commission tiers (CGP) — CGP = Selling Price − Assigned Value:
- 0.5–10 units: 25% of CGP
- 10.5–13 units: 30% of CGP
- 13.5+ units: 35% of CGP
- Retroactive: once a tier is reached in a month, that % applies to all units that month.
- Monthly volume bonuses, spiffs, and performance incentives.
- Paid weekly on delivered deals; bonuses paid monthly.
Realistic earnings:
- Experienced auto pros typically $90k–$140k+ annually; top performers $150k+ (uncapped).
- Strong general sales backgrounds often $60k–$100k+ in year one (training + ramp).
- Actuals vary by volume, mix, and process discipline.

Work Schedule
- Standard 5 days/week, every Saturday required (no rotation).
