Position: Front Desk Agent (AM Shift)
Shift: Morning (Typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Swing (Typically 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Night Audit (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Pay: $13–$15/hour DOE

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and friendly communication.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance their experience.
- Assist with reservation management, room assignments, and modifications to accommodate guest needs.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Support guest relations by proactively identifying opportunities to improve their stay and resolve issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations.
- Strong understanding of guest services, hospitality standards, and resort operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
