Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea drinks, including those made with fruits, milk, tea, tapioca pearls, and other creative toppings, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the correct ingredients and proportions are used for each drink, including tea, milk, fresh fruits, tapioca pearls, and other toppings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including prepping ingredients (e.g., cutting fruits) and cleaning equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring all ingredients (including fruits) and supplies are stocked and stored properly.
- Adhere to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational procedures.
- Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

- Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management.

Physical & Essential Job Requirements (for Barista)
As a barista, you are expected to perform a range of essential job functions in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. You must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, including ingredients, containers, and supplies
- Reach, bend, twist, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements for drink preparation
- Move throughout the store to interact with team members, operate equipment, and serve customers
- Work in a loud, high-energy environment with fluctuating temperatures
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment cleaning procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a clear and professional manner
You must be able to meet these physical and functional requirements as part of your essential duties in this role.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
