We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Plumber to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Other repairs can include hot water tanks, garbage disposals, sump pumps, plumbing drains, faucets, fixtures and toilets.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure proper functioning. May include use of sewer camera.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Drain jetting machine service is available and training is available to the team. Operating drain cleaning cables and equipment.
- Ability to read, interpret, utilize manuals and schematics.
- Document service and inspection results by completing forms and reports on company supplied Ipad.
- Service existing accounts by meeting with customers, performing extensive diagnostic testing of equipment and resolving problems.
- Communicate company managers as it relates to customer service and additional opportunities.
- Develop parts and material requests for office to assist in locating and delivery.
- Able to follow instructions, work independently and part of the team.
- Work is both inside and outside all year round.
- Physical work can be standing, bending, use of ladders, stairs and often lifting heavier objects. Can involve tighter spaces for some installations.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly.
- Service Titan software and use of an Ipad knowledge, a plus.
- Work efficiently and timely with limited supervision.
- Strive to be the best possible technician you can be by continuously advancing your knowledge.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- A good driving history with a valid driver’s license.
