Responsibilities:

Minimizing employee risk of injury through awareness and education

Maintaining records of care provided to employees

Coordinating workers' compensation and return-to-work programs

Providing daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports

Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED
-
Certification as EMT or Paramedic, military experience, or active Athletic Trainer Certification

Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Solid understanding of OSHA regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Desired Qualifications:

Certifications to teach First Aid, CPR, and AED

Experience with Industrial Wellness programs

Knowledge of Ergonomics and Musculoskeletal Disorder Management
