We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will create a fun, nurturing classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Support children’s social, emotional, academic, and physical development
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Support children with diverse learning needs
- Maintain accurate classroom and child documentation
Qualifications:
- 45 DCF Hours Required
- CDA Preferred
- Previous preschool/early childhood experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children
- Dependable, positive, and a team player
