Job Summary
We are actively seeking Assemblers across multiple companies and skill levels to join our dynamic manufacturing teams in. This role involves assembling a variety of mechanical, electronic, and industrial components with precision and adherence to safety standards. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to complete assemblies
- Interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure proper assembly procedures
- Measure parts with precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices
- Conduct quality checks using gauges and measurement tools to verify assembly accuracy
- Handle materials manually with proper ergonomic techniques while adhering to safety protocols
- Operate machinery such as forklifts or machining equipment when required for component handling
- Follow safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assist in fabrication or welding tasks as needed for assembly completion
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions
- Mechanical knowledge including understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment
- Knowledge of welding, soldering, machining, or fabrication is advantageous but not required
- Strong manual handling skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new skills related to assembly processes and manufacturing standards
