Kitchen Staff Wanted – Line Cook / Prep Cook
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking kitchen staff member with strong knife skills and solid cooking experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients quickly and accurately using proper knife techniques.
- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven knife skills and the ability to safely handle kitchen equipment.
- Experience with food preparation and cooking in a commercial kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a plus.
