Job Type: Residential & Commercial Cleaner — Sub Contractor (1099)
Service Area: Entire Tampa Bay area — must be willing to service Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater
Service Types: Residential, Commercial, Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Turnovers, and Vacant Unit Turns (Apartment Complexes)
Pay: Weekly direct deposit
How Pay Works
- Residential & Airbnb/Short-Term Rental: Paid a Percentage of the total job amount, before taxes. You know exactly what a job pays before you accept it.
- Commercial: Paid per contract — the rate is determined and agreed upon before you accept the job.
Faster, better work means you earn more per hour, not less. Payment is weekly by direct deposit.
What You'll Do
- Provide standard, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, and vacant unit turn cleanings
- Perform a brief walkthrough with the customer/site at arrival and completion
- Take before/after photos of each job (for quality and your protection)
- Communicate arrival confirmations and any scheduling issues promptly
Requirements — please read before applying
- Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience
- LLC filed in the state of Florida
- Business liability insurance
- Your own cleaning supplies (towels/rags, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, oven cleaner, floor cleaner)
- Your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, step stool)
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with the ability to receive schedules, confirm jobs, and send photos
- Availability to accept 1–2 jobs per day
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check (remove this line if background checks aren't permitted in your state)
Preferred: Teams of at least 2 cleaners
This role is a good fit if you:

Schedule
Flexible — you accept the jobs that fit your availability. Most jobs fall Monday–Saturday between 8 AM–5 PM.
