Vocational Provider / Job Coach

Position: part-time Vocational Provider – Coach clients with disabilities in-person and/or virtually, guiding them through various vocational topics. Regular use of Microsoft Word, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
Responsibilities:
- Meet clients 1 on 1 out in the community, like a library or community center and provide instruction on career-related needs, computer navigation, internet research, job applications, resume creation, interview practice, job coaching, and more.
- Submit monthly reports for each client on your caseload.
- Identify valuable resources to support client success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of GED/H.S. Diploma, at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Must own a compatible laptop with a Microsoft account (Chromebooks/iPads not supported).
- Must have an active Microsoft account or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, insurance, and clean MVD record.
- Pass Central Registry Background Check & E-Verify.
- Strong computer and organization skills, ability to work independently and multitask.
