What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Production Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping ensure our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Performing belt sizing, product assembly, and final product preparation
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Coordinating shipments with domestic and international carriers
- Learning and operating production equipment, including sewing, cutting, and shipping systems (training provided)
- Assisting with order processing and shipping documentation
- Helping answer customer questions regarding orders and products
- Supporting special projects and collaborating with team members across departments
- Occasionally assisting with local errands and customer-related tasks

- Strong attention to detail

- Comfort working with handcrafted products and materials such as leather
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
- Basic computer skills
Previous experience in shipping, production, retail, customer service, fulfillment, crafts, fashion, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is helpful but not required.
Training is provided.
