San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.
We are needing day shift nurse for a kiddo in Fair Oaks Ranch Mon/Tues 7:30am-5:30 pm during the school year and 8:30am-6:30pm during the Summer.
We also have the following shifts open with other patients:
78006: Sat/Sun 7a-7p
78259: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
78254: Fri-Mon 5a-5p; Tues 12p-5pm; Monday-Sunday 5p-5a
78253: Mon/Fri/Sat 7a-7p
78253: Mon/Fri 7a-7p
78253: Mon-Fri 7p-7a
78255: Mon-Wed 8p-6a; Sat/Sun 6a-6p
78227: Sat/Sun 7a-7p and 7p-7a
We do offer thorough training!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care
- Health promotion and teaching
- Training of family members
WILL TRAIN YOU!

- Licensed as a nurse in the state of Texas
- Current CPR
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
