Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager in Bristol, Vermont.
POSITION OVERVIEW

SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
- No holiday rotation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $85,000-$110,000 annually
- Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily nursing operations within outpatient primary care clinic
- Support clinical workflow efficiency and operational consistency
- Manage and mentor nursing staff within collaborative team environment
- Partner with executive leadership regarding operational initiatives and clinical support strategies
- Maintain high-quality patient care standards and regulatory compliance
- Assist with staffing coordination and workflow optimization
