We are seeking an experienced, detail‑driven QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance initiatives and ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. This role is central to executing our Mid‑Term Plan (MTP), driving continuous improvement, and supporting cross‑functional excellence across the organization.
As QA Manager, you will shape our quality strategy, guide organizational compliance, collaborate with global partners and contract manufacturers, and directly supervise and develop QA personnel.

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with the company’s MTP and Budget.

Take accountability for achieving MTP results, reporting outcomes to MCA Senior Management, and supporting company‑wide profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality goals support corporate strategic priorities.

Establish and enforce quality standards to meet customer requirements, industry norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Oversee QA processes, including reliability testing, documentation, test methods, and product evaluation.

Identify and mitigate product quality risks throughout all lifecycle stages—from prototype to delivery.

Analyze and interpret quality data, identifying trends, root causes, and corrective action opportunities.

Support supplier quality by collaborating with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure materials and components meet specifications.

Organize and execute internal audits, supplier audits, and participate in external audits to ensure ongoing compliance.

Evaluate customer feedback and nonconformities, addressing issues to improve performance and avoid recurrence.

Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and reliability.

Deliver regular reports on QA activities, issues, and progress to senior leadership.

Lead quality review meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Supervise QA staff, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical support.

Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, disciplinary processes, and ongoing staff growth.

Approve staff expenses and ensure clear delegation of responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, chemistry, engineering, quality management, or related field.

5+ years of management experience in chemical, automotive, or food packaging industries.

Experience with ISO9001; additional certifications such as IATF 16949 or Good Manufacturing Practices preferred.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex quality data and lead root‑cause analysis.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and drive process improvement.

Excellent English communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Access, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to travel up to 15% and work beyond standard business hours as needed.
