Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and driven Customer Service Coordinator to support our Irvine and Mission Viejo sales operations. This role supports our Irvine and Mission Viejo Sales Managers by taking sales calls, checking in customers, scheduling appointments, and covering the front desk. This role combines sales and customer service responsibilities, with frequent direct interaction with customers. Key Responsibilities
- Answer sales calls and schedule service appointments
- Check in customers and accept payments
- Follow up with potential leads
- Send customers upcoming appointment reminders
- Take inventory and request film when stock runs low
- Follow up with customers post-service when necessary
- Perform other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Attributes
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Positive, solution‑focused attitude with a strong willingness to take initiative
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Customer service experience required; automotive industry experience is a plus
What Success Looks Like
- Service appointments are booked consistently
- Technicians and the sales team are informed of all appointment changes
- Materials are ordered and ready prior to each specialty job
- Customer communication is consistent and sets proper expectations

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Professional communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, scheduling software, email)
Schedule
- In-person at our Irvine, CA and Mission Viejo, CA locations
- Full-time or part-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30am–5:00pm
