Duties
- Manufacture precision aerospace components while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Set up, operate, monitor, and inspect production equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure products meet exact specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Work closely with teammates and leadership to meet production goals and delivery schedules.
- Take pride in producing critical components that support the aerospace industry.
Skills
- 3+ years of manufacturing, machining, aerospace, or precision production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications.
- Proven history of reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
