- Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and data entry tasks while maintaining high accuracy
- Manage cash handling transactions securely when necessary and process payments efficiently
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system using strong typing and data entry skills
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and positive exchanges with clients

- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities and promote products or services naturally
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication reach
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred

- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
