Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm every
Duties:
- Medication administration
- G-tube maintenance
- Monitor Vitals
- Patient Care documentation
- O2 administration
- ADL needs
- Seizure precautions
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Background
- CPR/First Aid
- TB skin test
- Valid car insurance
