What You’ll Do
- Partner with families to support each child’s learning journey
- Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the community
- Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation and compliance
- Drive enrollment and promote the center within the community
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of Childcare experience
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have bachelor's degree and associate degree
