Tuesday and Thursday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Greet and check in guests with genuine hospitality
Manage phone calls and online appointment scheduling
Process transactions and assist with retail sales
Support service providers and maintain smooth daily operations
Keep the front desk and retail area clean, organized, and welcoming
Clean bathrooms, laundry, organizing

Qualifications
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience in a customer service or salon environment preferred
Comfortable learning salon software and handling payments
