Reed Nissan is looking for an experienced Nissan Master Technician to join our growing Fixed Operations team. We are looking for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of proper diagnosis and repair, and wants to build a long term career with an established dealership group.

This position is intended for an experienced Nissan technician who is capable of handling advanced diagnostics, major repairs, warranty work, electrical concerns, drivability issues, and other complex repairs.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have extensive Nissan dealership experience and a strong understanding of Nissan diagnostic and repair procedures.
Candidates should be comfortable performing:
- Advanced electrical diagnosis and repair
- Engine performance and drivability diagnosis
- Engine repair and replacement
- Transmission diagnosis and replacement
- CVT diagnosis and repair procedures
- CAN communication and network diagnosis
- HVAC diagnosis and repair
- Steering and suspension repairs
- Brake and chassis diagnosis
- ADAS related diagnosis and repair procedures
- Warranty repairs in accordance with Nissan standards
- Recalls and service campaigns
- Multi Point Inspections
- Complex mechanical diagnosis and repair
Qualifications
- Nissan Master Technician status strongly preferred
- Nissan dealership experience strongly preferred
- Current or previous Nissan factory training
- Strong electrical and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to properly utilize CONSULT and Nissan diagnostic resources
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicles while minimizing unnecessary parts replacement
- Strong understanding of Nissan warranty policies and repair procedures
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical service information
- Ability to complete repairs correctly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
ASE certifications are a plus.
