About Wildwood Counseling Services:
Wildwood Counseling Services is a progressive private practice in Toledo, OH, dedicated to providing affirming, high-quality care to diverse populations. We are deeply committed to serving the LGBTQIA+ community and specialize in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly care. Our collaborative team includes therapists trained in EMDR, IFS, CPT, and PCIT, and we are now expanding our services to include psychiatric care and medication management.

Transparent Pay Structure
Earn 60% of all collected revenue, paid out weekly with billing support included. This includes intake evaluations, follow-ups, and extended sessions. We also offer flexible upfront-pay options for clients not yet covered under insurance credentialing.
Flexible Scheduling & Work Model
Choose your hours and work setting- whether in-person, hybrid, or telehealth. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with no non-compete clause restricting you from other employment.

Position Details:
- Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Schedule: Flexible, set your own hours (minimum 10–15 sessions/week preferred)
- Location: Toledo, OH (hybrid remote options available)
- Compensation: 60% of total revenue per session, weekly pay
- Client Base: We’ll provide a steady stream of referrals aligned with your expertise
What You'll Do:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications
- Provide evidence-informed medication management with a trauma-informed lens
- Collaborate with our team of therapists to support holistic treatment plans
- Complete documentation in a timely, compliant manner
- Offer compassionate care to clients navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and identity development
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Ohio
- DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with trauma, LGBTQIA+ clients, or neurodivergent populations (preferred)
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (SimplePractice preferred)
