Duties

- Stay informed about health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products to effectively advise clients on the best coverage options.
- Maintain knowledge of insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliant and ethical sales practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on client engagement and negotiation.
- Familiarity with insurance sales, benefits administration, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate insurance solutions.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities.
- Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building trust and explaining complex policies clearly.
