Compensation & Schedule
- 3 consecutive days designed to maximize productivity and flexibility
- Minimum base pay: $800 per day
- Or up to 50% of earned production (whichever is greater)
Requirements
- Active Oregon dental license
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team
- Must carry your own malpractice insurance

Projected Total Compensation: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24.0 – 36.0 per week
