Unit Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)
Unit Manager – provides twenty four hour supervision of the care management of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. The Unit Manager - RN / LPN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.
Requirements;
· Must possess, a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.
- Must have, as a minimum, one year(s) of experience as a Unit Manager in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
