Lead PHLpreK Teacher
Land of Learning Early Learning Center is looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Lead PHLpreK Teacher to join our growing team. We believe every child deserves a strong educational foundation built through meaningful relationships, hands-on learning, and individualized attention.

What You'll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with PHLpreK and Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards.
- Inspire children through play-based, hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and development.
- Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and collaboration.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with administrators and teaching staff to provide exceptional early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development and uphold all PHLpreK program requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching preschool or Pre-K students.
- Knowledge of PHLpreK standards and early childhood best practices.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive.
