As our Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotel is spotless and inviting for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and coordinating the daily housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet quality expectations.
- Training and mentoring housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and efficiency in their work.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Addressing guest requests and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold our hotel’s reputation.
We’re seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and address guest needs.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
