Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- An active Illinois real estate broker license in good standing
- A minimum of 3 closed home sales during the past 12 months
- Professional communication and client-service skills
- A commitment to ethical real estate practices
- A verifiable history of residential real estate production
Agents who have closed 5 or more homes during the past 12 months may be considered for improved commission splits, additional compensation, increased advertising support, or other enhanced benefits.
The more homes you have sold, the stronger your potential compensation package may be.
