Job Summary:
We are a local lumber manufacturer seeking multiple reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team. Open positions include pallet assemblers, chop saw/miter saw operators, forklift drivers, delivery drivers (flatbed), lumber stackers, and production leads.
These are hands-on roles involving physical labor in a shop or yard setting. Candidates should be comfortable lifting 50 lbs., performing repetitive tasks, and working in all weather conditions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut lumber using miter/chop saws
- Assemble pallets and crates with pneumatic nail guns
- Sort, grade, stack, and band lumber
- Operate forklift (if certified)
- Make local deliveries in company truck/trailer (for driver positions)
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Qualifications:
- Previous labor, warehouse, or construction experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Valid driver’s license (required for driving roles)
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
