- Competitive Base Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Uncapped Incentive Structure: Monthly tiered commissions plus 100% of manufacturer SPIFFs. Please note: Your performance incentives will drive the majority of your total wage, making this an incredibly lucrative opportunity for a true producer.

- The Closer with Integrity: 2+ years of verified, successful sales experience (experience in appliances, automotive, furniture, or cellular sales is highly preferred). You know how to ask for the sale while keeping the customer’s best interest at heart.
