We are hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist for our established, growing dental practice. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek, excellent hourly compensation, strong hygiene incentives, profit-sharing opportunities, bonuses, and a three-day weekend every week.
We understand today’s hygiene market, and we believe experienced hygienists should be compensated accordingly.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $62–$73 per hour, based on directly relevant dental hygiene experience, clinical skills, and qualifications.
- Experienced RDHs with 10+ years of relevant clinical experience are typically considered within the $70–$73 per hour range.

The Schedule
- Full-time position completed in four days

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting
- Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy
- Take high-quality diagnostic radiographs
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients about oral health, periodontal disease, home care, and recommended treatment
- Communicate clinical findings clearly and confidently
- Partner closely with the doctors and clinical team to support comprehensive patient care
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, respected, and cared for
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current certifications required to practice in Colorado
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, growing dental practice
- Previous dental hygiene experience preferred
- Newer hygienists with exceptional communication skills, maturity, and a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply
