The position involves working in the Front End and occasionally at the Customer Service Desk. The position involves assisting in overseeing the operation of our busy front registers, self-checkout, customer flow, outside carts, and store cleanliness/maintenance. This fast-paced position requires patience and professionalism. It requires the ability to multi-task with urgency. This Full Time Head Cashier position assists the Front End Manager in supervising part-time Front End staff. Outstanding customer service and ability to solve problems is an absolute must.
The position is Full Time, 40-48 hours a week. Weekly schedule varies per week due to company needs.
The position requirements:
* At least 18 years of age
* Experience leading a large, diverse team in a retail setting
* Experience operating POS systems
* Cashier and customer service experience
* Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, climb, squat, push,
pull, and regularly lift & carry 50+ lbs
* Anytime availability required (6am-11pm)
* Weekend availability required
* Strong problem solving capabilities
* Must be able to handle all products stocked on the sales floor
