Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced pool professional that can do both clean and repair pools for a small route. We are looking for someone that prefers quality over quantity.
Pay is W2 based.

Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing to maintain optimal water quality
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters for proper operation
- Maintain cleanliness of pool decks and surrounding areas
- Document maintenance activities and communicate any significant issues to management
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to ensure safe working conditions
Requirements
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or service technician roles is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and repair pool equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for travel between job sites
- Prior experience with pool cleaning or related service work.
Must have valid drivers license, and personal vehicle. Competitive pay per pool, gas allowance and phone allowance included.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
