American Traveler is seeking a CVOR Surgical Technologist for a hospital operating room requiring 18 months of recent CVOR experience with strong cardiac, vascular, and endovascular skills.

Hospital-based Operating Room setting within the CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) unit
-
13-week travel contract with AM shift, 10-hour shifts

Cardiac and vascular surgical caseload including endovascular procedures

Minimum of 18 months full-time CVOR experience of similar acuity within the last 3 years

Strong cardiac and vascular procedure skills, rated at level 3 or 4 proficiency

Strong endovascular experience required

License required if applicable

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Assist surgical teams during complex cardiac and vascular procedures

Support cannulation procedures and aorta cases as part of CVOR responsibilities

Familiarity with endovascular techniques, including wire-based procedures, is expected

Experience with both adult and congenital cardiac cases is valued

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not considered

Former employees of the health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility

Requested time off is limited, especially around holidays, with stricter limits when RTO falls near a holiday period

Only one holiday time-off request is permitted during the assignment
